Features depend on the accounts, access and providers you connect. Template approvals, WhatsApp sending rules and gateway fees still apply. No guaranteed support response time or unlimited provider usage is included.
Your plan covers one private organization workspace, the listed team members and connected channels, and the core Badala features in the comparison. WhatsApp charges, AI usage, third-party subscriptions, gateway transaction fees and applicable taxes are separate. Integrations require eligible accounts and the appropriate permissions.
No. Keep them as separate usage budgets. WhatsApp costs depend on Meta’s recipient-market and message-category rates. AI costs depend on the provider, model and tokens processed. There is no reliable one-credit-equals-one-message rule. Today Badala does not sell prepaid credit packs or show a spendable wallet balance.
Meta bills the connected WhatsApp Business account under its own terms. Badala shows estimated usage and costs in your workspace. A failed send is not the same as a delivered, billable message. The final Meta invoice is the source of truth, including any free-message eligibility, volume tiers or rate changes.
Your organization can connect its own Anthropic API key, with usage billed by Anthropic. If you need Badala-managed AI, we confirm the model, allowance and charges with you before activation. AI usage is not included in the advertised subscription price. A draft, test or automated reply can use tokens even if no customer message is sent.
There is no Badala prepaid wallet or automatic credit expiry today. Your provider’s billing terms apply. If you choose a managed usage arrangement, its allowance, renewal, unused balance and overage terms will be written in your order before you agree.
Request the next plan or a custom package. We confirm the change and its price before applying it. These public packages do not automatically change access, remove members or charge existing organizations. A WhatsApp phone number or Instagram account counts as one connected channel; a CRM or calendar connection does not.
Pay for 10 months and get 12 months of the platform subscription. Starter is 490 KWD, Team is 990 KWD and Business is 1,990 KWD, invoiced annually. This offer applies to the platform fee only, not WhatsApp, AI or other provider costs. Renewal and cancellation terms are confirmed in your order before activation.
Any business can request a workspace. You do not need an affiliation with Bricks or another customer. We currently help businesses onboard and agree their subscription before activation. There is no self-service free trial or payment checkout on this page. You can ask our team for a walkthrough.
No. The iPhone app is free to download and uses the same existing workspace login. The business pays for its workspace subscription, not a separate mobile subscription for every employee. Workspace and billing arrangements are handled on the web with our team.
Yes. Each organization keeps its own members, channels and integrations. The listed plans cover one organization each; contact us for a multi-organization package. Supported connections include Salesforce, Xero, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Hesabe and JIDA. Their own subscriptions, permissions and fees still apply.
