A FEW PRACTICAL DETAILS
Badala is available to any business that needs a shared customer inbox, from small teams to agencies and larger organizations. Each business has its own private workspace. You do not need an affiliation with another customer or with Badala's operator.
Business plans start at 49 KWD per month, with larger team packages and annual options on our pricing page. We confirm your plan before activation. Workspace setup and billing are handled on the web with our team. Employees sign in to the free-to-download iPhone app using their existing workspace accounts. WhatsApp, AI and other provider costs are separate.
